Manifestation Magic Tea

An Herbal Tea for Manifestation, Mental Focus & the Follicular Phase

Once upon a time, a woman with a basket of herbs and knowledge in her hands was something to fear. She could ease pain, calm storms inside the body, and mend what others could not see. That kind of power…soft, natural, deeply intuitive… was often mistaken for magic and so they burned it. An herbalist, not unlike The Magician, takes what the Earth offers her and transforms it.

Some call her a fool. Others will say she’s a witch. But I think, she just might be… “The Magician”

This morning’s tea was inspired by The Magician. He is no longer a Fool. He has taken his dreams and turned them to plans. He understands the power of manifestation but knows it must be paired with hard work. He is focused and head strong. His can-do attitude will take him far.

If you listen closely, you’ll notice this energy lives within all women. The follicular phase arrives like a quiet spark after shedding. Our energy returns and ideas begin to form. There is a sense of possibility in the air. If there was any time of the month to take action and turn dreams into reality, it would be now.

The Recipe

I blend similar to the way I bake. A little of this, a dash of that, and always measuring the best ingredients with your heart. I often carry the carefreeness of the Fool around my kitchen with me. Generally, I try to have around 2 teaspoons of herbs for each cup of water. You can mix and match the amounts of herbs depending on what you are wanting to call in to your day. Trust in your inner knowing. You have more magic in you than you think.

  • Rooibos for grounding. As I step into the Magician’s energy of being ready to dive into my plans, Rooibos is the heart stabilizing gentle power I need to stay grounded while reaching for the stars.

  • Dandelion Leaf for manifestation. Dandelions are used to make wishes, and it believed they carry intentions into the world.

  • Cinnamon for activation and abundance. There is no limit to what we can achieve when we finally embrace our magic.

  • Red Raspberry Leaf for hormone and womb support. Great to support a women’s body during any phase of her cycle.

Steep for about 10 minutes in very hot/almost boiling water. Be sure it’s covered to keep the good stuff in. Add a little honey for sweetness if you wish.

(Ex: 1 tsp Rooibos, 1/2 tsp Dandelion Leaf, 1/42 tsp Red Raspberry Leaf, and a dash of cinnamon)

Sit back, sip your tea, and never let anyone call your magic foolish.
